Things to Consider Before You Order:

Remember that each mattress is custom made, just for you. We want you to be happy with your new sleep system. If you have any question about which style will best suit your needs, please email or call. We will be happy to assist you. Once the order is placed, you can be assured that your new sleep system will be made with attention to detail and quality. Also, since every mattress and spring/foundation is not warehoused, please allow at least 10-14 business days for your order to be shipped. You will be given tracking information so you will know the status of the shipment or we can contact the mattress builders to see how things are coming along.

Remember, the reason you’re ordering from us is to get a new, fresh sleep system made just for you. If you wanted one from a warehouse of a lesser quality you would have gone down to the local mattress store!

These are suggestions. The reason we have divided our styles in weight categories is that a lighter person may need more padding and will not sink as far into a foam mattress. A heavier person may enjoy the firmer comfort of a natural latex mattress. Also, if you are new to a foam mattress and feel that memory foam may be too much of a change, then our natural latex mattress may be a good choice for you.

Shipping Information

Shipping is included on all Series 100-300 mattresses, toppers and EasyFit® foundations when purchased in the same order.

Traditional Spring Mattresses
Please call us for a shipping price for these units. Most sleep sets will Ship for $375 or less, depending on the size of the set and the location of the delivery.

We have contracted with a leading shipping company for our heavier sleep sets. We are able to pass the savings along to you for their "Gold Service". Items shipped in this manner include un-packing the pieces, bringing them to the room and setting them in place on the bed. If you would like to have disposal of your old set, they will remove it for disposal for an additional charge. Please mention this when they schedule the delivery. The CUSTOMER is responsible to pay for this convenience.


Exchange Policy and Warranty Information

We are proud of our high quality Sleep Solutions and are confident that your new set will be what you need to give you a comfortable sleep. Exchange requests are rare, but we are pleased to help here too.

For online purchases, Million Dollar Mattress offers a 30-day trial period from the date of delivery. We do require that a minimum of 20 days is used to allow your body to adjust to your new mattress. Comfort exchanges must be for mattresses of the same size and equal or greater value. A 20% Service Charge will apply to comfort exchanges.The customer is responsible for any and all applicable taxes and shipping charges. A Return Authorization must be obtained by calling our customer service number (1-877-641-1166) prior to the exchange. The customer is responsible to re-pack and ship back to Million Dollar Mattress, 586 Nashua Street, Unit 16, Milford, NH 03055 with the Return Authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. A reason for the exchange (too soft, too hard, etc) must be stated so we can assist you in choosing a different style. The purchaser will be responsible for any additional cost if a different mattress style is chosen. Only mattresses in clean, undamaged condition will be considered for this program. If a damaged mattress or foundation unit is returned in a damaged or soiled condition, it will not be accepted under the exchange policy. No exchanges after 30 days. No refunds. No cancellations after 3 business days. If you discover that you have ordered the wrong mattress, we will do everything we can to stop production. If you have made an error in ordering, you have only 3 days to correct it. Please order with care.

Law tags must remain attached and the merchandise must be free and clean of any tears, burns and stains to qualify for this service. Limit of 1comfort exchange per customer.

The Exchange Policy applies only to mattresses. Other items like foundations, sheets, toppers, pillows and mattress protectors are excluded.

10 YEAR NON-PRO RATED WARRANTY: Million Dollar Mattress’ latex, foam and tufted mattresses, box springs and foundations are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of 10 years from the original delivery date when purchased as a set. Singly purchased mattresses, box springs or foundations are warranted against material and workmanship defects for a period of 5 years from the original delivery date. Proof of purchase is required.

CONDITIONS OF WARRANTY: Slight body impressions are not a sign of a defective mattress. The softer materials used to comfort your body will settle up to one and one half inchs and are considered to be a normal occurrence. We recommend that our two sides mattresses should be flipped or rotated every three months to ensure proper wear. Our one sided mattresses are to be rotated only, but on the same schedule as previously noted. To ensure your new mattress is adequately supported, a matching box spring or foundation must be purchased unless you have a platform bed. This warranty applies to materials and workmanship only. Soiled, torn, burned and abused mattresses and box springs are in a condition that voids the warranty. The final requirement deals with how the box spring or foundation is supported. On full, queen or king size sets at least one center support with a leg that extends to the floor is necessary. Without this the box spring or foundation will tend to sag, thus making the mattress look worn. If the set isn't supported it will wear prematurely. It is important that you do not remove the white tag (law label) at the end of your new mattress. There is information on it is important to us if your mattress should need servicing.

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT: The manufacturer reserves as its legal right, the option to repair or replace parts covered under this warranty according to their discretion; to make substitutions as required of materials and components of comparable value and utility as the original part. It reserves the right to refuse service when the cover is found, on inspection, to be unsanitary or soiled condition.

DISCLAIMER: The manufacturer disclaims liability for any aspect of installation, and any inconvenience caused by a defective part of a component needing to be replaced or repaired. Since the customer controls the end use and maintenance of the product, the manufacturer disclaims all liability for any damages caused by the use or misuse of this mattress, whether by the purchaser or other.

Additional Information:
  1. This warranty shall be void unless the mattress is used in accordance with the above stated “Conditions of Warranty”.
  2. This warranty does not apply to tears, punctures or damages caused by improper use, negligence, excessive strain, accidents, acts of nature or failures caused by extreme temperature.
  3. Any apparently defective component must be returned to the manufacturer at the purchaser’s expense with an explanation of the problem. Trade labels and law labels must be intact to identify type. A proof of purchase must be included. A Return Authorization” must be obtained as above, prior to returning any defective product.
  4. A full description of the defect must be accompanied by pictured of the defect and submitted to Million Dollar Mattress, at the above address, as a requirement prior to obtaining the Return Authorization.
  5. Repairs or replacements under this warranty may take up to 90 days.

Guardian Mattress Protectors’ Warranty Coverage:

  • 10 year warranty applies ONLY when the mattress protector is purchased with a new MILLION DOLLAR MATTRESS.
  • All warranty claim phone calls are handled by Guardian’s in-house mattress professionals – who understand mattress & accessory sales and specialize in finding solutions to warranty concerns.
  • Due to the unique construction of each protector and the stain release process that it incorporates, we will guarantee that we can treat & repair any food or beverage stains, and human or pet bodily fluid stains, both on the protector and the mattress.
  • The protector being purchased is designed to provide complete protection of the mattress. In the unlikely event that it should fail and the stain cannot be removed by our professional service team, we provide full replacement of the mattress.
  • For warranty claims, please contact the mattress protector’s customer service number, written on your receipt.
